The London Evening Standard article reports that American violinist Zoran Stoyanovich is suing Brompton’s Auctioneers for more than £200,000, claiming the firm released his violin bows without collecting proceeds. Stoyanovich, who played with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, had sold bows once owned by Sir Yehudi Menuhin through Brompton’s in 2007 and seeks about $338,000 (£209,000) including interest.
